In the midst of a fierce autumn snowstorm, this image captured the magic of Owl Creek Pass. A cluster of aspen trees, still ablaze with yellow and green leaves, stands resilient against the weight of freshly fallen snow. Beyond them, the rugged giants of the San Juan Mountains loom, their majestic peaks cloaked in the wintry white. This photograph tells the story of a daring journey through nature's unpredictable beauty, where the clash of seasons paints a stunning and stark contrast.
