This panoramic photo captures blue hour on a May evening from Calton Hill, Edinburgh, Scotland. During this season, sunset occurs around 9:15 PM, and as evident from the clock's time in the image, this photograph was taken just a few minutes after 10 PM. Late springtime in Northern Europe treats photographers to exceptionally long days, with sunrise as early as 4:45 AM. The illuminated landmarks include the castle, several churches, and the striking clock tower. Additionally, the silhouette of the Dugald Stewart Monument graces the summit of Calton Hill.
