Boston's Frozen Sunrise
Boston Harbor - Boston, Massachusetts
In the icy grip of a 5°F morning in Boston, Massachusetts, I captured this panoramic photograph of the harbor. As the sun rose, I stitched together seven images to create this vista. Boats dotted the horizon, their reflections dancing on the frigid water's surface. Despite the bitter cold, a sense of peace enveloped the scene. The smooth, silky water and sky painted a serene picture, reminding me that even in the harshest conditions, nature can create moments of stillness and beauty. Photo © copyright by Rich Voninski.
