Bridge of Early Light

Amidst the early hours of a European summer morning, Steve and I seized the moment at 4:45 AM to capture this image. Even at this early hour, the iconic Charles Bridge was bustling with tourists and late-night revelers finding their way across its storied expanse. The scene before us, however, was nothing short of breathtaking. Lanterns adorned with an orange-glowing starburst beckon, guiding the way to the heart of Prague's bustling cityscape. Above, the sky unfolds in a painterly display of hues—shades of blue, deeper blues, and delicate pinks come together to create a canvas of celestial artistry. This photograph captures the essence of Prague's allure, as the bridge and lanterns invite us to embark on a visual journey that bridges history, culture, and beauty.
