Race Against Sunset: Capturing Zion's Cottonwood
Zion National Park, Utah
As Rene and I traversed Zion National Park's main canyon at sunset, a brilliantly illuminated cottonwood tree caught our eye. We hastily found a secure spot to park, then sprinted to this spot to set up our Ebony 4x5 cameras. With just 90 seconds to configure, meter, and expose, the race against time added to the thrill of capturing the fleeting moment.. Photo © copyright by Rich Voninski.
