During a vibrant fall excursion to Portland, Oregon, my friends persuaded me to explore the gardens—an experience that proved well worth the journey. This photograph, captured after seven immersive hours of shooting, stands as a testament to the marvels I encountered. The Japanese Maple tree graces the frame with an unparalleled palette of colors, an autumn symphony that defies description.
