Buddha's Toes
Wat Pho - Bangkok, Thailand
Wat Pho holds Thailand's largest reclining Buddha. This gold plated Buddha is 46 meters long and 15 meters high, and illustrates the passing of the Buddha into nirvana. The toes that I am showing here are inlaid with mother-of-pearl. Photo © copyright by Rich Voninski.
