Dancing Lights of the Moulin Rouge

I stood across the street from the iconic Moulin Rouge in Paris, France, during the blue hour. With my camera securely on a tripod, I aimed to capture the vivacious spirit of this legendary venue. Using a long exposure, I let the neon windmill sign blur into a whirl of motion. Bright reds and yellows illuminated the scene, while the backdrop glowed in a regal blue.
