With my Ebony SV45Te Camera and Schneider 110mm XL lens, I set out on an early morning adventure to Jasper National Park's iconic Mount Edith Cavell. The sky overhead carried the weight of impending storm clouds, promising a dramatic show. As I framed the mountain's reflection in a nearby pool, I couldn't ignore the reality that I was sharing this wild space with bears, their tracks a stark reminder of the untamed wilderness. The anticipation of both natural beauty and potential wildlife encounters made this image, now hanging in my home office, a cherished memory of an unforgettable morning in the Rockies.
