Eagle's Dawn Ascension
Western Mongolia, Altai Mountains, Mongolia
After a chilly night, having shared days with a nomadic family, summoning determination was paramount to rise before dawn. Guided by the expertise of Daniel Kordan, our group embarked, unrehearsed, to seize the sunrise. This 7-frame stitched panorama crystallizes an Eagle hunter on horseback, his treasured eagle perched. Amidst vibrant fall foliage and a snowy background, all mirrored by a calm lake, the image captures the aftermath of sunrise. Cold yet rewarding, the effort bore rich fruit.
