Sunflowers at Sunrise
Crested Butte, Colorado
Capturing the essence of a cloudless morning in Crested Butte proved challenging as I awaited the sunrise. A vast field of wild sunflowers overflowed, even escaping the confines of a fence. Just after sunrise, Mount Crested Butte remained in shadow as I took this shot. Positioning my camera higher, I ensured the fence posts blended below the abundant floral expanse, composing a captivating image. Photo © copyright by Rich Voninski.
