This black and white panoramic image captures the harsh, unforgiving beauty of Death Valley National Park. A desolate highway stretches into the distance, flanked by solitary power lines. An imposing mountain dominates two-thirds of the frame, casting a shadow over the rugged landscape. The scene is barren and foreboding, with vast expanses of sand and scrub brush.
