Banyan Tree and Temple
HuangYao, Guangxi, China
I saw several massive banyan trees during my travels in China. I found this 900 year old specimen in the thousand year old village of HuangYao. HuangYao is an untouched village about 3 hours drive from Yangshou and is the same location that was used to film 'The Painted Veil'. Photo © copyright by Rich Voninski.
