Snowy Autumn Aspens in Owl Creek Basin

This vertical image captures the enchanting scene of a snowy autumn day along Owl Creek Basin in Colorado. The frame is filled with evergreen trees, a fresh blanket of snow, and vibrant yellow aspens all converging toward a towering mountain peak. The view, cherished by many, never fails to inspire. While the drive on the dirt road during the snowstorm was a bit treacherous, the resulting image, taken with an Ebony SV45Te view camera and a Schneider 110mm XL Lens on Fuji Velvia 50 film, speaks volumes about the beauty of Colorado's fall season.
