Myanmar

Photographing in Myanmar has been a deeply enriching experience, as I've had the privilege of visiting this captivating country twice. My affinity with Myanmar runs deep, as my family hosted Burmese exchange teachers when I was a child, forging lasting bonds. In Hpa An, the limestone karst landscape provides a surreal backdrop for photography. The Golden Rock is a place of spiritual devotion, its golden glow against lush hillsides making it a remarkable subject. Mawlamyine's colonial architecture and serene river views offer unique photo opportunities. Bagan's ancient temples and sunsets are simply magical, while Yangon's bustling streets are a photographer's delight. Inle Lake's floating gardens and leg-rowing fishermen provide glimpses into unique ways of life. Myanmar, with its rich culture and diverse landscapes, holds a special place in my heart and with my camera.
